Mango Smoothie

This refreshing and easy-to-make Mango smoothie is the perfect mid-morning or afternoon snack. It’s vegan, gluten & dairy free. We’ve used 30g of vanilla flavoured Protein Powder to give this smoothie a protein boost.

Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

1/3 C frozen passionfruit

1 C frozen chopped mango

2 tbs Food to Nourish Sprouted Almond Spread

30g protein of choice, we’ve used a vegan vanilla flavoured protein

2 C water

Instructions

Add all of the above ingredients into a blender. Blend until thick and creamy. Feel free to add a little less water to make a thicker smoothie.
