1 packet of Food to Nourish Pancake Mix 300g
2 eggs
380ml almond milk
2 bananas, sliced
2 tbs butter
Serve with:
Yoghurt
Raw honey
Make up the Food to Nourish Pancake Mix as per the packet instructions.
Heat some butter in a frypan over a medium heat. Add a slice of banana and top the banana with the pancake mixture. If your frypan is large enough, you should be able to make 3 pancakes at a time. Allow to cook for a minute before carefully flipping and cooking on the other side for a further minute. Continue this process until you have used up all of the pancake mixture and you have approx. 10 pancakes.
Serve topped with yoghurt and raw honey.
