½ C hazelnuts, roasted
1/3 C desiccated coconut
2 tbs cocoa powder
3 medjool dates, pitted
2 tbs Food to Nourish Chocolate Hazelnut Butter
Pinch sea salt
Extra cocoa powder for coating
Add the hazelnuts, coconut, cocoa powder and dates to a blender. Blend until you’ve got a fine crumb. Add the Food to Nourish Chocolate Hazelnut Butter along with a pinch of sea salt. Blend again until the mixture starts to come together and then remove the mixture from the blender, add to a bowl.
Put some cocoa powder onto a plate. Use a teaspoon to grab a small amount of the blended mixture. Roll into a ball and then roll through the cocoa powder on the plate. Continue this process until you’ve used up all the mixture and you have about 12 truffles. Enjoy!
