Our Subscription Policy

Welcome to our Subscription Program! At Food to Nourish we’re committed to making it easier and more affordable for you to stay healthy. Our subscription service allows you to receive your favourite health food products automatically every month — with 10% off every subscription order.

1. How It Works

  • Subscribe & Save: Choose the subscription option on eligible products to automatically receive them every 30 days.
  • Discount: Enjoy an automatic 10% discount on every subscription order.
  • Billing Cycle: Your credit/debit card will be charged every month on the same date as your first subscription order.
  • Shipping: Subscription orders are shipped monthly, typically within 1–3 business days of billing.

2. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription anytime through your customer account. You can:

  • Pause or skip a delivery
  • Update your payment method or shipping address
  • Cancel your subscription after the first order (minimum one-month commitment)

Please make any changes at least 48 hours before your next scheduled order to ensure they take effect in time.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime after your first order.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the next billing date may still be processed, and that month’s order will be shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders follow our standard Refund Policy. Please note that subscription items are not eligible for return or refund once shipped, unless they are damaged or faulty.

5. Product Availability & Substitutions

While we strive to keep all products in stock, if a subscribed item becomes temporarily unavailable, we will notify you and offer:

  • A substitute product (if available)
  • A delay in shipping until the item is restocked
  • A refund for the item, if neither option is suitable

6. Terms & Conditions

  • Subscriptions are available Australia-wide only.
  • Discounts apply to subscription items only and are not stackable with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel the subscription program at any time, but we will notify subscribers in advance of any significant changes.
