Welcome to Food to Nourish! We’re an Australian company dedicated to creating delicious, organic, and nutrient-dense wholefood products. Our mission is to inspire healthier food choices, creating products that don’t just taste great but also nourish the body and soul.

Our journey began in 2013 when Nutritionist Danielle Minnebo—a passionate home cook and real food advocate—founded Food to Nourish. What started as a simple idea of hand-rolling bliss balls in her home kitchen soon grew into something much bigger.

Danielle’s nutrition background allows her to create products that both taste good but are also made with integrity using quality wholefood ingredients.

Why We Love Sprouted

At Food to Nourish, we believe in the power of sprouted ingredients. Sprouting activates nuts and seeds, making them easier to digest and unlocking their full nutritional potential.

We soak them in water, apple cider vinegar, and salt, then dry them at low temperatures to protect their delicate oils. The result? Crunchy, flavourful ingredients that make our products not just healthier but also tastier!

Every product is lovingly made by hand at our production facility on the Central Coast.

Our dedicated team oversees every detail, from sourcing raw ingredients to the final packaging, ensuring the highest quality. Our facility is certified organic by NASAA, and HACCP certified for food safety, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
