I am a big cook so have never bought a packet cake mix, however was looking for a a healthy chocolate cake that is moist and tasty. Moist and tasty chocolate cakes are hard to come by, however I was totally surprised and thrilled at how delicious this cake is. My family and I gobbled this up so quickly and my kids asked for more. I used the choc hazelnut spread as the icing - what could be more delicious and easy. Thank you for such a delicious mix. I just wish the packaging was environmental- my only complaint.
